The Falling Marbles Collection delves into the concept of weightlessness through the suspension of solid circular shapes, enhanced by complementary, bold colour schemes, aiming to uplift the spirit and cultivate serenity amidst chaos.

The prints have a lifespan of 80 - 100+ years and can be preserved for a lifetime with proper care. Avoid placing prints in direct sunlight or damp environments to maintain their quality. Limited quantities are available for each size, and every print includes a signature in the bottom left corner and a certificate of authenticity.

Note: A2 Cotton Paper comes with a sheen finish. Frame not included. The A1 Canvas comes with a matt finish.

Please be aware that after this 24-hour period, no changes or cancellations can be made. Cancellations

During the 24-hour cooling-off period, you may request a cancellation by contacting us a hkzcustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number and the word “Cancellation” in the subject line. We will fully process your refund upon receipt of this request.

Processing Time

After the initial 24-hour period, your order will be sent to our printers, dStudio (UK). Depending on our current workload, this process typically takes 7 working days from the date of acceptance. If there are any delays, we will contact you through the email provided during checkout. Keep in mind that during peak seasons (such as holidays), processing and shipping times may be longer. Please consider this when placing your order.

Returns 

As a consumer, upon receiving your order, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, if the product(s) do not meet specifications or you are unsatisfied, you may request a refund or exchange.

If you need to return a faulty item, please contact hkzcustomerservice@gmail.com and provide photographic evidence along with your order number and the word "Return" in the subject line. Our customer service team will respond within 72 hours and assist you.

Please submit any returns applications for faulty items within 24 hours of receipt (delivery) to ensure they are accepted. We will process a refund or exchange once we have received the item within the given timeframe.

Refunds will cover the full cost of the item, minus any applicable shipping fees. Please note that requests for exchanges and refunds beyond the specified timeframes will not be considered.

For returns within the UK (Mainland), shipping is free. However, customers returning from the UK Highland & Islands or abroad will be responsible for shipping costs.
