Our e-Gift Cards make the perfect gift for art enthusiasts embarking on a path of self-discovery, self-acceptance, and mastery, as well as those seeking to foster an aura of inspiration in their personal and work environments.

e-Gift Card Terms & Conditions

The customer can use the e-Gift Card as a payment method for items equal to or lower in price than the available balance. In the event of a purchase that exceeds the e-Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with an alternate form of payment. If an item purchased with the e-Gift Card is later exchanged for a cheaper item or refunded, the remaining amount will be reimbursed through the original e-Gift Card used for the purchase.

The e-Gift cards are valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. They cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash. No change will be provided for purchases made with an e-Gift Card. Additionally, e-Gift Cards cannot be used to buy other e-Gift Cards.

HKZ Genesis✨ e-Gift Card✨ is non-refundable and non-returnable, except for situations in which your legal rights apply. In cases of faulty goods, consumers retain the right to a refund or exchange. In this specific scenario, we will provide reimbursement through an e-Gift Card.

Please note, HKZ Genesis Ltd will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or destroyed e-Gift Cards, or unauthorized use of e-Gift Cards. Furthermore, HKZ Genesis Ltd cannot replace Gift Card if it is lost or stolen.

HKZ Genesis Ltd✨e-Gift Card✨ may be rejected for payment if it has been tampered with, modified, duplicated, damaged, or if there is a suspicion of fraud. HKZ Genesis Ltd may request alternative forms of payment in these cases.

When a customer purchases, uses, or accepts an e-Gift Card, it is considered an acknowledgement and acceptance of the above terms and conditions. HKZ Genesis Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions periodically, and may do so without prior notice. If deemed necessary, HKZ Genesis Ltd may take appropriate action, including the cancellation of Gift Tender. These actions do not affect your legal rights. As the sole issuer, HKZ Genesis Ltd is responsible for providing these services to you.

Upon completion of your purchase, either you or the designated recipient will receive an email containing the e-Gift Card.
